Happy New Year to everyone, I hope the holiday break was good for you. Training is starting back this week (7 January). The regular group trainings will follow the same program as last year. Monday (running/strength), Wednesday (boxing), Friday (running) mornings and Tuesday, Thursday (boxing at the gym) nights.
Check out the training regime below and have a look at all these sick events happening over the summer. If you’ve had it really easy over the Christmas break, it might be time to dust the sand out of your crack, put some ‘meat in your sandwich’ and get to training asap. Stay young, stay fit, lying down is for dead people.
