Week 4 of our 12 week build up to the Canberra Half Marathon saw a lighter week for the Leopards. 10 x 200 metres was the journey for the team. Respectable and consistent performances were produced by all runners. Time Trial next week. Get ready to rumble.

The newly named ‘Bondi Leopards Track Club’ were tested today on our famous Queens Park track set, held every Wednesday. 8 x 600 metres was the journey to mark week 2 of the 12 week program leading up to the Canberra Marathon and Half Marathon. All runners stood tall in a classic workout.
