Everyone is going sick for ‘super’ foods at the moment. In my opinion, it’s mainly to justify avoiding ‘super’ training. But hey, whatever blows your hair back.
I heard about this supposed ‘King of the Super Fruits,’ Boabab. It’s resume is very impressive:
6 x more vitamin C than oranges (it’s hard to eat a lot of oranges unless you love the throne)
2 x more potassium than bananas (good in flood when banana prices rise)
2 x more calcium than milk (cows have only been domesticated in the last 8000 years)

6 x more antioxidant than blueberries
more iron than red meat (good for vego’s)
high levels of amino acids
high levels of dietary fibre (we all need good motions)
high levels of zinc, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus (zinc is good for skin and sex drive)
