Monday 6:00am 

Cross Training – Hills, weights, the lot.

 

6:30pm

Run Club – 8km easy

Starts from the ‘Running Company’

Tuesday   7:00pm

Boxing – at the Gym.

Wednesday 6:00am (5:15 for warriors)

Boxing – at North Bondi.

7:15pm

Fight Club – at the Gym.

Thursday   7:00pm

Boxing – at the Gym.

Friday 5:30am

Running – Interval or Hill repeats.
